Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as Ramadan, Eid, and Christmas.
Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery options to serve our international customers in the future.
For urgent international orders, please contact our customer service team who may be able to arrange special delivery options.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you're not available when the courier attempts delivery:
- A delivery card will be left with instructions
- You can reschedule delivery for a convenient time

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached
- Books and digital products are non-returnable unless faulty
- Custom/personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty

Faulty or incorrect items: We provide a free returns label and full refund including original shipping costs.
Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked delivery.
Exchange for different size/color: We offer free exchange shipping for clothing items within 14 days of delivery.
Once we receive your returned item:
- We inspect the item within 2-3 working days
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days
- Refunds appear in your account within 3-5 working days (depending on your bank)
