Loyalty Points
For every £ you spend, you will receive points. From time to time we may run promotions that allow you to earn more points.
Every point you earn is worth £0.01, and you can use them right away. When your points balance is enough to be redeemed, they'll automatically be applied to your order when you confirm it. Once you complete your purchase, the points you used will be deducted from your loyalty points balance.
Please note, points are not redeemable for cash and can only be redeemed online. They cannot be transferred to another customers account. We reserve the right to withdraw or remove points as we see fit, if we suspect fraud, or if we wish to stop the loyalty scheme, in which case, no refund will be given. You will not receive loyalty points on money you spend on delivery fees or other charges.
