Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet these conditions:

  • Unworn and unused: Items must be in the same condition as received
  • No odors: Items should not have perfume, smoke, or other odors
  • No damage: Items must be free from stains, tears, or alterations
  • All components: Include all accessories, instructions, and documentation
Items showing signs of wear or use may be subject to a restocking fee or refused for return.

  • Original boxes: Return items in their original manufacturer packaging
  • Labels and tags: All original labels, tags, and stickers must remain attached
  • Protective materials: Include all bubble wrap, foam, or protective inserts
  • Documentation: Include warranty cards, instruction manuals, and certificates
If original packaging is damaged or lost, we may still accept returns but reserve the right to apply handling fees.

You must provide one of the following as proof of purchase:

  • Invoice or receipt (physical or digital)
  • Order number for account lookup
  • Payment confirmation from your bank or card provider
